Fresh Pork Belly - sliced
Treat this like cured bacon, just add the amount of seasoning you want. We like to season it with sea salt and fresh ground pepper while it is sizzling. Or try brining it in your favorite salt / sugar cure prior for several hours or days. Be creative or eat it plain, either way it's going to be good - it is pork belly after all!
