Split Beef Marrow Bones

Cut into long 3 - 4 inch pieces and split in half for easy access to the wonderful marrow inside. 

Brush bones with oil of your choosing, and sprinkle marrow with your favorite salt and pepper, Roast these bones for about 20 min. at 450.
