Thick-cut, Brine-Cured, Belly-Bacon.

We have switched processors for our cured pork.  It is still delicious, but it is a little different than product were familiar with. 

Lay it out on cookie trays and bake it at 350 till it is crisp to your liking or fry it in a pan.  Either way, it is delicious!
